Hand-fabricated in sterling silver and 18k gold with free-moving 4-5mm cultured freshwater pearls, and 8mm blue topaz trillion cabochons. Each element articulates, allowing the necklace to move with the wearer and feel ultra luxurious and comfortable on the skin.
